| Jenny Barlow started to become acquainted with the sewing world at the tender age of three, unusual for one so young - but not for Jenny - she was the daughter of a tailor and pattern cutter... She enjoyed the tutelage of many different experienced and qualified teachers, learning a wide variety of skills, through using the sewing machine to hand stitching. Jenny launched her own teaching career in 1992 and has enjoyed a rich tapestry of teaching experiences nationally, running workshops for up to 18 students for each session, passing on her knowledge, experience, skills and most of all her enthusiasm for quilting. She also talks to groups about the history of quilting, quilting styles and methods and arouses interest in even those who have never attempted quilting before. Both workshops and talks are delivered by Jenny in a friendly, easy to understand way. Her specialist areas of quilting knowledge are Durham and Welsh quilting. Let Jenny's energy and enthusiasm for quilting capture your imagination!
